I think showing a little leg in autumn is absolutely fine, 

hence I'm still wearing my self-made tartan skirt. 

Plus I love my pale skin and the sun isn't strong enough now to burn it.

PS: Sorry for the white hair on my top, 

I just like to cuddle with my main man (who is a cat).

Project: Bomberjacket.

You may or may not have seen the outfit I wore when I was in Strasbourg (here). 

The jacket was another sewing project. 

I used the same pattern as for the grey bomber/college jacket and some thrifted fabric with this cool palm tree pattern. I've had the fabric for quite a while now, but never really knew what to use it for. I didn't wanted to sew something that was full on green and covered in palm trees. 

But I'm very happy with how the jacket turned out. 

The cream knitted fabric was a left over from pillow-sewing. All in all the material costs for the jacket are around 7€ and it took me about 3-4 hours to make it. 

The only problem I have is that I'm not sure what to wear it with other than an all black outfit. Turns out I do not own any cream or in general warm colored clothes that would work with the jacket.

Happy sunday everyone! 

Although I'm done with class tests for this school year my past week was way too stressful. 

So now I'm just launching around the house enjoying my first day off this week. 

This is what I was wearing this morning on my way to the bakery. 

I have no excuses for the Birkenstocks, just can't stop wearing them since they arrived.

Fleahmarket Finds.

Just a quick update to show you want I found at the fleahmarket. 

I'm actually pretty happy with my purchases... 

Project: Raincoat.

As I already mentioned my dream is to study fashion design. 

Creating something, the progress from just an idea to a finished product is so fascinating to me. 

Here's one of those "products". 

I've always found it hard to find a raincoat that would perfectly fit and look how it want it to,

 so I decided to sew my own.

I was really lucky to find the perfect fabric for only 2,50€/m here.

so in the end I paid about 5 € for this coat and it took me about 3-4 h sewing. 

I'm already excited to share my next project with you guys.
