A couple of months ago I participated in a giveaway held by SILK&SALT in corporation with Urban Outfitters. I couldn't believe it at first but I actually won a 100€ gift voucher for the UO website.
Excited as I was I spent the rest of that day filling my virtual shopping bag.
Today I finally received my package and I'm so happy with it! (Though one piece is missing, hopefully I'll get that soon.) Anyways, here's what I got:
1. Chunky Crystal Necklace in silver.
I wasn't quite sure about this piece at first, because of it's size and weight, I didn't knew If I was going to really wear it. Turns out, I will. I absolutely adore it, especially because it's not too shiny and glittery, it's a very subtle, dark silver tone, which I really like. This was 35€.
2. Anatomicals "no old bags allowed" eye gel
I really like the packaging of this eye gel, it's pretty clean and simple. I'm really excited to try this out, I think it comes in quite handy especially when you're on the go. Costs 6,50€.
3. Claddagh Ring in silver
I'm really into stacking rings at the moment, but I don't really have that many in my collection that I still like. So I thought I'd take the chance to buy some new ones (the piece that's missing is a silver ring as well). The Claddagh Ring is a symbol for love, trust and loyalty that comes from Ireland. I love things with a story behind them and the legend of that ring/symbol is so lovely. This was 15€.
4. Square Hoop Earring
I'm always on the hunt for simple earrings and it was love at first sight with these ones. I just had never seen square ones before. I was a bit unsure though about the little pearls that should close the earring, because they're usually really hard to put in, but not in this case. I had absolutely no problems closing them.
I was a bit disappointed because I only received one earring, I actually thought they come in pairs, but oh well, I mostly wear different earrings on each side anyways. (maybe it also was just a mistake they made with my order... I don't know). This was 9€.
My Little Pony Mug (13€)
And then I got these two last items because a) I'm already collecting bits and bobs for when I'm moving out (...ahem...) and b) I love mugs. (...weirdo...)
You will definitely see details of the jewelry in my upcoming outfit-posts. Stay tuned.
